A human reads these. Not a ticket queue that closes itself after a week.
Contact us
The fastest route is in-app support from the Settings tab, because it carries the context we need to actually help. Otherwise, email works.
In-app support
Settings → Support. It attaches your app version and device details automatically, which saves a round of back-and-forth.
Before you write in
A few things that come up often enough to answer here.
A prediction looks wrong for my break
Log the session and rate the prediction over or under. That's the signal that tunes the model for that spot, and it's more useful to us than a description. If it's still off after several sessions, write in with the spot name.
My spots aren't syncing
Check you're signed in on both devices. Edits made offline queue up and replay when the connection returns — give it a moment after you're back on. If they don't appear, contact us.
The Seer isn't responding
The Seer needs your own API key from a supported provider, set in Settings → API keys. If the key is set and it still fails, your provider may be down or out of credit. Predictions keep working regardless.
I want my data deleted
Ask through in-app support or email. Deleting your account removes your spots, sessions and profile from our backend. You can also request a copy of your data.
Subscription and billing
Billing runs through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds and cancellations go through them. Plan changes are in Settings → Subscription.
I found a bug
Please send it — app version, device, and what you did before it happened. Crash reports come through automatically but a description of what you were doing is worth more than the stack trace.
One thing we won't help with
We can't tell you whether it's safe to paddle out. Predictions are guidance, not guarantees. Conditions change, forecasts are wrong sometimes, and no app replaces your own read of the water. Surf within your ability and know your break.
