Common questions

What happens when the trial ends?

Your spots are locked until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted: your account, spots and session history are kept, and your spots unlock as soon as you subscribe.

Do I pay for the AI?

No. The AI assistant uses your own API key, so you pay the provider directly. SurfSeer plans do not include AI costs.

Does it work without an AI key?

Yes. Predictions are calculated on your phone and don't need a key or a connection. The AI assistant is optional.

Can I change plans?

Yes, from Subscription in Settings. The new spot limit applies straight away, and existing spots keep working.

How is it billed?

Through the App Store or Google Play. You manage and cancel it there, like your other subscriptions.

Is that in my currency?

Prices are in US dollars. The App Store and Google Play show them in your local currency at checkout, so the number you see there is the number you pay.
